NFP Complete Package
This class includes an hour and a half initial teaching which includes a review of human anatomy, female hormones and how to chart fertility. There then is a one month individual follow up where the first charts are reviewed, special circumstances and protocols are discussed. The follow-up is individualized to meet each person’s specific needs. You would have access to all manuals, protocols, and charts plus a recorded version of the initial teaching. This class is appropriate for couples or individuals.

Postpartum, Breastfeeding NFP
This class includes a one hour teaching of using the Marquette Method of natural family planning while breastfeeding and postpartum. Each class is individualized to meet the mother’s needs and coach her through breastfeeding, weaning, and return to fertility. She will also have access to all manuals, protocols and an on demand recording of the basic NFP class.
This package includes 6 months of additional support through the postpartum period.

Health Education Class
This is a group class is offered the 3rd Thursday of every month at 8pm EST via Zoom. In this class, you will learn about human anatomy, reproductive cycles and hormones, and charting a menstrual cycle as a sign of health. This class is appropriate for both Teens and Adults.
